Only clothing and leather and leather products, the two major export products of Bangladesh, performed well in the first half of fiscal year 2023. Other goods with good export momentum in the past few years began to shrink. For example, the export revenue of household textiles in fiscal year 2022 is 1.62 billion US dollars, a year-on-year increase of 43.28%; However, the export revenue of the industry from July to December in the 2022-2023 fiscal year was 601 million US dollars, down 16.02%. The export revenue of frozen and live fish from Bangladesh was 246 million US dollars from July to December, down 27.33%.
