Under the impact of the epidemic in 2020, China’s total exports of luggage products (42 categories) to Africa amounted to 1.31 billion US dollars, slightly lower than the levels of 2017 and 2018. With the recovery of market demand and consumption, China’s exports of luggage products to African countries reached a historic high in 2022, with a total export value of 1.88 billion US dollars, an increase of 41% compared to 2017.
