In Mumbai, 60 counts of combed warp and weft yarn are priced at INR 1540-1570 and INR 1440-1490 per 5 kilograms (excluding consumption tax), INR 345-350 per kilogram for 60 counts of combed warp, INR 1470-1490 per kilogram for 80 counts of combed weft, and INR 275-280 per kilogram for 44/46 counts of combed warp; According to TexPro, a market insight tool from Fibre2Fashion, 40/41 counts of combed warp yarn are priced at 262-268 rupees per kilogram, while 40/41 counts of combed warp yarn are priced at 290-293 rupees per kilogram.

In Tirupur, the price of 30 pieces of combed yarn is 280-285 rupees per kilogram (excluding consumption tax), 34 pieces of combed yarn is 298-302 rupees per kilogram, and 40 pieces of combed yarn is 310-315 rupees per kilogram. According to TexPro, 30 pieces of combed yarn are priced at 255-260 rupees per kilogram, 34 pieces of combed yarn are priced at 265-270 rupees per kilogram, and 40 pieces of combed yarn are priced at 270-275 rupees per kilogram.

In Gujarat, cotton prices have remained stable at Rs 61800-62400 per 356 kilograms since the weekend. Farmers are still unwilling to sell their crops. Due to price differences, demand in the spinning industry is limited. According to traders, cotton prices in Mandis, Gujarat do not fluctuate significantly.
