A few days ago, seven departments including the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the Action Plan for the Development of Intelligent Detection Equipment Industry (2023-2025). It is proposed that by 2025, the intelligent detection technology will basically meet the manufacturing process requirements of the user’s field, the supply capacity of core parts, special software and complete equipment will be significantly improved, the demonstration drive and scale application of intelligent detection equipment in key fields will be obvious, and the industrial ecology will initially take shape, basically meeting the development needs of intelligent manufacturing.
In terms of industrial application, the action plan proposes to promote the demonstration application of more than 100 intelligent detection equipment, cultivate a number of excellent scenes and demonstration plants, and deepen the large-scale application of intelligent detection equipment in eight fields, including machinery, automobile, aerospace, electronics, steel, petrochemical, textile, and medicine.
In terms of key projects, the action plan proposes to develop a batch of special intelligent detection equipment. Focusing on the special testing needs of machinery, automobile, aerospace, electronic information, steel, petrochemical, textile, medicine and other industries, we support the user-led, interdisciplinary and interdisciplinary research, carry out forward design based on digital models, integrate new principles, new materials and new technologies, and develop a number of special intelligent testing equipment. Strengthen the development of special testing equipment for new materials, biological manufacturing and other emerging fields.
Transform and upgrade a batch of in-service testing equipment. Facing the development needs of digitalization, networking and intelligence in the traditional manufacturing field, by embedding intelligent components or devices such as sensors, controllers and communication modules, a batch of in-service inspection equipment of the production line is transformed to promote the interconnection of manufacturing equipment and inspection and testing equipment, improve the level of product intelligence, and support the construction of digital workshops and intelligent factories.
Special intelligent detection equipment for textile industry. Carry out application demonstration and popularization of innovative products, and promote the application demonstration and large-scale promotion of intelligent detection equipment in machinery, automobile, aerospace, electronics, steel, petrochemical, textile, medicine and other industries.
