According to the official website of the Ivorian government on June 5th, Adama Kuribali, Director General of the Cotton and Cashew Committee, announced that Ivory Coast's cotton production for 2023/24 was 347922 tons, and for 2022/23 it was 236186 tons, a year-on-year increase of 32%. A pointed out that the further increase in production in 2023/24 can be attributed to government support and the joint efforts of the Cotton and Cashew Committee and the International Cotton Association.
